I've been training with Abbie for the past 8 months, my fitness levels have improved drastically and I enjoy the PT sessions although they are tough! Would highly recommend Abbie, her sessions are always different, she's easy to get along with and very approachable.

I've been training with Abbie for just over 5 months now and I've seen such an improvement in my fitness. She's been continuously supportive, I cannot recommend enough! I also go to both Abbie and Tom's HIIT and core classes which are great and a lot of fun. I love that there's different difficulty levels for each of the exercises so even as a beginner you can do every bit of the class. There's always a space to park and it's free which is a bonus, and I like the fact there's no mirrors as it makes me a lot less self conscious when working out.

I've been training with Abbie for nearly three months. I can honestly say sending off that initial email asking for advice was one of the best things I've done. I attended my consultation with some trepidation, I'm the wrong side of 60, overweight and have a real loathing of gyms. Abbie could not have been any more understanding and kind. I left there actually looking forward to my first PT session. I've had one session every week since then and still look forward to them. I'm not one for jumping on the scales so I don't know how much weight I've lost, but I know that last summer's clothes fit a lot better and, more importantly, I feel so much better in myself. I never imagined that I would actually enjoy exercise like I do now and that's all down to Abbie. Thank you Abbie, you have made such a difference to me.
