        Terrible experience. My order did not arrive after six weeks. I had to contact wiggle to find out what is going on, they would not have reached out to me. I was informed that Msli bars were not allowed for import by customs, even though you can buy Cliff bars on the entire continent. They then cancelled the entire order even though I still wanted my other items.

        Terrible- my most recent experience with Wiggle has been the best advertisement and encouragement for me to now shop at my Local Bike Shop for everything more than ever. Ordered an item a month ago for it to be stuck at EVRI depot. If Wiggle choose to use Hermes/EVRI as their main delivery provider, then thats clear enough indication that they dont really care about their customers. Just avoid- had an account with them for over a decade now but will close it asap and ask my credit card for a refund.

        It is virtually impossible to contact Wiggle. No telephone number, no email address, the chat is unavailable. I filled in a form but got the message 'You do not have permission to view this directory or page.' They use Evri (ex Hermes) for delivery so for me it's a no. Knowing this company I'm wondering if I'll ever be delivered.
