        Nightmare service, I spent over 100 on ordering a helmet but was sent a bottle top, when I contacted contacted customer service, who refused to send out what I ordered or offer a refund, they said they would look into it at some point over the next week. Terrioble service, the have no phone number, AVOID at all cost

        Worst company ever, my goods worth 700 quid have been lost in transit or by Collect Plus. They all avoided to sort the problem and now I have a significant loss. Avoid them at all cost

        I have paid for 4 days delivery. Parcel lost in transit. After 10 days from order has been placed, after several emails exchanged company in gesture of good will decided to return my many. Worst experience ever had.
