I had a haircut with Lucy C today. After having the same boring hairstyle for about ten years, I decided to go for a change but wasnt 100% sure what I wanted! Lucy helped me to decide, providing professional advice on what would suit me ect. We went a lot shorter than I had wanted to but it was needed due to split ends ect. My hair is so much healthier and feels lovely. I have been to all of the Hair Ott salons but will continue to come back to this one to see Lucy :) Service: Hairstyling

Had my first appointment at OTT Lakeside last week and what a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I booked my appointment via the OTT app so I didnt have to fumble on the phone or at a reception desk. Theres plenty free parking on site and I parked right outside the door. I had a cut and colour and was greeted warmly for my skin test and given plenty of time to discuss the look I wanted. On the day, Lucy cut and coloured my hair. I have a white blonde style which can be tricky to achieve but Lucy wasnt fazed, my hair looked fabulous and I was given good advice on maintaining my colour. As I sat through my appointment I noticed a young woman across the salon who also had a stunning cut & colour so I guess standards at OTT must be generally high. There was non stop easy Motown playing in the background which I love and I feel the salon has got the right balance between caution and care for their clients during the covid crisis. I paid less than Ive paid in some salons and received much better care, expertise & advice. Im very happy with my look and very happy to recommend this salon.
