Dear sir I Like many other customer members., voted the Chairperson and the directors into office. so I think i have a say. and to make my suggestion, in these times of covid 19. health and safety is on the top of the list. why do you have most of your food stock behind fridge doors,. staff can not clean the handles every time a customer opens the doors. if you look at Sainsbury's display , only the freezers have doors its not a good hygienic way of cutting down the spread of viruses Mr A Jones

I was today shocked to visit the Co op on the sea front at Southsea. People were in haphazard queues and were not keeping the safe distance as required. I raised this with the asst manager who said he couldn't do anything about it. Yes he can. 1. Put a person on the door to stop the shop being overcrowded.2. Advise people in the lines to keep their distances. 3 insist on using hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the store. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER CO -OP I gave up trying to keep my distance and abandoned this trip.

At The Co op fuel station Lavant Road Summersdale Chichester yesterday, I was surprised and disappointed by a member of staff. i had waited patiently to use a pump and whilst sitting their noticed a number of pumps out of use. I was behind a car with my filler cap on the pump side and clearly the driver was also doing some shopping. So rather than wait any longer ( I had an appointment to attend) I turned around to put my filler cap closer to another pump.... finding this pump would not work a young staff member came out and asked me to 'turn my car around to face the other way,' I explained that surely he could let it go this time as I was already at the pump and his response was that I could drive on if that was my wish. That station lost a sale of about 90.00 of fuel and a frequent customer.... Clearly a need for training in people skills.
