Starbucks was pleasant experience helped by the lovely Natalie , really polite kind and helpful will definitely be returning

Staff them-self are lovely as Ive dealt with them face to face. However, they are regularly messing up orders. Really obvious orders. I ordered 3 hot drinks and received 2 iced. It took me a month to get a refund from just eat (emailing photos/ receipts back and forth) and I lost money because they only refunded me a part of the cost. They didnt refund service charge or delivery fee. Ive worked at Costa before. I fully appreciate how difficult and how awful customers can be. Plus you make mistakes sometimes. So I by no means want anyone fired. But this is the 5th time they have messed up orders. I have given plenty of chances. Face to face orders are always correct. Just eat orders are regularly wrong. So something needs to be done. Either they need to hire more staff, better training, remove this Starbucks from just eat. Maybe they dont take just eat orders seriously because they know they dont have to deal with the customers face to face? Maybe they are inundated with orders because this Starbucks is located on a business site with thousands of customers in local offices. If thats the case those higher up need to take this into consideration and take the stress off of staff by removing just eat. Theyre a tiny shop, Ive been in it. You couldnt swing a cat. Just some honest feedback. I hope no staff get reprimanded for this. Just helped.
