        Should be 0 star. Fair Ways - Lotus Lodge This children contact centre in Poole is not recommended. Poor substandard service. It is just a normal house with a garden shed. The small shed at the back of the garden is offered as a contact centre. No facilities for children to play. Manager Michelle gave me a completely wrong account number & name to pay the fees. She is very rude & unprofessional. She doesnt understand the child arrangements order. At the same time she wants bully parents & to push them to go with her own ideas. Absolutely disappointed with the poor service.

        I am a student social worker for FairWays fostering team. The experience has been wonderful! I have really enjoyed watching how amazing the team is an how much they care for both the young people and foster carers they work with.

        Really polite staff really welcoming and do exactly what they are there to do I couldnt of asked for anything more from them and considering the situation was a really relaxed experience and I'm now seeing my daughter regularly again would recommend these guys to anyone
