Depending who is serving, they can be very slow, not only to activate fuel pump but also on counter. When there is a queue, no one else comes and opens a till, or they just wait behind the drinks counter. Not great customer service, clear the line then chat to your heats content

This is always my goto station for fuel and fill up here regularly. Always great service from staff and M&S and Wild Bean cafe attached so great selection of food and beverages. 3 stars because this morning filled up with fuel and noticed that petrol was 186.9 per litre (3p under cost of diesel) and queried this as seemed to have jumped significantly as only 168.9 the week previous. BP on M5 services only 179.9 so think might have been overcharged here (just checked average uk on RAC site and showed 174.02) so would suggest checking prices before you choose to fill up here.

We have just had an incident where my daughter managed to get out of her pushchair and fall to the ground head first. As I first time mum I was humiliated and devastated. The staff were incredible and so helpful. I cannot thank them enough. I've been a few times and always had nothing but loveliness from the staff. They are honestly lovely people!
