        Went to collect a parcel and he refused to serve saying they don't issue parcels between 3 and 4pm? There was me and one other person in the shop at 3.40pm. Ridiculous im up the school opposite so ideal to collect at this time. Nothing on Very website to say I cant collect between these times. I was made to feel real stupid.
