DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Michelle came to see us at home and took details of the will we wanted completing, she said she would be back in two weeks with the will. today was a third appointment I have made with Michelle after leaving a number of messages asking her to contact me, no phone call at all to let me know why she hasn't yet again attended the appointment. I will not be dealing with this company again. Considering this company values are caring about people, they don't practice what they preach..disgusting considering it is already a sensitive subject completing wills..
