Need to see my DOCTOR but I either get bumped off to a nurse who doesn't do their job correctly, or an over the phone consultation when the illness needs to be physically looked at. Also been trying to be referred to various things that are important because they are neurological and nothing has been done in 5 years. They have at least 8 or more receptionists for a surgery that has 1 doctor who is over worked and not there half the time because I assume is stressed. The receptionists sit in the back room gabbiting when there are patients waiting at the desk, or sitting at the desks talking about nothing whilst there are people waiting to get booked in as seen as the touch screen book-in never works when im there! This surgery has gone downhill since Dr Kumar left/retired. October 2020 - update, new female Doctor got snappy and shirty with me after i was trying to explain to her my previous history, and I apparently wasn't "explaining enough, because she hadn't met or dealt with me before" not only that, she did not believe me about my headache condition and thought it amusing to have migraine/headhaces 27-4 LITERALLY (AND she didn't call me by my name either! I apprently changed names to something else!). If covid wasn't happening I'd be moving to a new surgery. I am sick and tired of Coseley medical not having empathy for patients, its not just the doctors/nurses its the reception staff too. I was explaining why i needed a phone consultation to the lady on the other end and she just sighs angrily at me and starts typing furiously! REALLY!? only one decent one working there and its Terry Williams, she always has my back. October 2020 - one week later, after the female doctor told me that I WOULD NOT be being reffered to a hospital for intense neurology treatment because i would HAVE to try ONE more medication last week, today i had my refferal to this hospital.... It is so obvious this so-called doctor had/has no idea what she is talking about, and honestly should be repremanded for this. I was so angry i was in tears last week, i also asked for one of my medication to be upped to her asking me all sorts of questions - seemingly going to up them - to then turn around and say im already on the highest dose - after looking into it with my fiance i can up them as there is one more higher dose.... When covid is under control i will be moving doctors.17thNov2020-update, after recieving my refferal letter i recieve a phone call from the receptionists on the 28th oct telling me they'd made my refferal for me - GREAT i thought, so ive been waiting for the appointment to come through to recieve yesterday another letter saying 'have you forgotten to book your appointment time is running out'... NOW im trying to book it myself and having a hard time because the person who originally put the referral through didnt do it correctly it seems. 2023 update - needed my perscription changing back to pills i had before which had been prescribed by a doc, receptionist told me they cant change it and i'd have to speak to a PHARMACIST to get it changed! WHICH IS ILLEGAL! Not sure what happened to the already poor service as its just gotten worse - well done whoever you are, now im having to LITERALLY BEG to have my PAIN MEDS changed on repeat prescription even though the lady said it was there but under 'acute'!

I had bad experience with thig practice centre. Iam waiting to get the appointment more that a week to see my 5yr old daughter. Whenever I call them they keep saying they will call me back later. But I didn't get any call from them. I eagerly waiting nearly 20 minutes for each time and keep saying same answer or call them next day. Do they think we are sitting at home without any job. I have no issue with doctor. Only this reception team. One of the worst medical practice I ever had in my life.

Receptionist Dawn very rude and condescending, she first took all my details to book me for appointment, then she asked me the reason for a GP appointment, after she choose not to give me the appointment based on my needs. This is discrimination against human rights. NHS have zero tolerance against abuse towards staff ,what about patients ?
