RedBrum Horsebox Hire

Booked the van as arranged and everything was all well and good. Was asked to get hold of Jon an hour before we returned, tried to get hold of him but had no response. When arriving back to the yard to drop the horse box back we had to ask the owner of the yard to try and contact Jon. Finally got hold of him and was told to wait another hour before he could be there to inspect the vehicle. Didnt have time to wait as had a ferry booked to return home. Left the vehicle in a tidy enough manor and lost my deposit due to the vehicle being returned in acceptable manor. Surely with the recent pandemic the vehicle would need a thorough deep clean anyway?! Terrible service ran by an unprofessional money grabbing con man. If he was around to meet us then any issue could of been rectified but I feel as if he didnt meet us to return the vehicle on purpose knowing he would be able to keep the deposit. Do not recommend at all

Jon collected my new horse yesterday in Red Brum. Brilliant service from easy booking through collection and delivery. My new horse travelled really comfortably and was chilled out when he unloaded. Thanks very much.

Had a brilliant driving experience with Jon and my partner today. Had never driven such a vehicle but was put completely at ease. Cannot recommend his guidance highly enough. He was very patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Hope to have a chance of putting what we learnt into practice before too long.

I would definitely recommend RedBrum to anyone that wants to move their horse. The lorry is modern and spacious and Jon is knowledgeable and patient. A very professional company and reasonably priced
