Very friendly drivers at great prices. Was visiting for work purposes and was unsure on where to find the site the following day the driver went out the way to help us. I 100% recommend using Swift and I will continue to do so when I'm down that way! Thank you so much.

Booked a pick up from Okehampton train station for late on a Friday evening- waited at the taxi rank for 20 mins but no one turned up. Called Swift to check where it was and was told the taxi had been waiting but I hadnt been there so had driven off. I cannot understand this as I had gone straight to the taxi rank from the train at exactly the right time and did not see any Swift taxis at all. It was disappointing that there had been no attempts to call/text me from the driver to tell me they had arrived/ check where I was and I do wonder if a more lucrative offer trumped mine. However, what made this experience especially poor was that there was no apology or acknowledgment from Swift that they or their driver may have made any mistake and really not much of an attempt to resolve the situation. I was half-heartedly offered a taxi when they could get to me but was told this could be up to an hour + which would have left me waiting at the train station until almost midnight. They werent interested in engaging with any other dialogue on this other than to basically imply I was lying about being there on time. I have never written a negative review on here before and always like to try and resolve situations in an amicable way however based on my experience I would not use this company again or recommend them.
