Alan is the friendliest and loveliest taxi driver I have ever had. He was so attentive and so chatty, so refreshing to have. He taught us a lot about the places of Ludlow and what pubs to visit, we ended up following his advice and had the best night. I couldnt recommend anyone more!

This review is not only a recommendation but a thank you to Alan's cabs. I was travelling back to university today and had left one of my bags at Craven Arms train station. I got off the train at Church Stretton and immediately googled local taxi services as I had never been to the area before. The first number I called did not answer which only made me more stressed. I then called Alan's cabs, Alan answered right away and listened to me as I was crying down the phone explaining that I had left my bag which contained my laptop, purse, passport and all of my university notes. This kind man went straight to the station and retrieved my bag and dropped it to me at Church Stretton! I cannot thank this man enough and I do not know what i would have done if I was that little bit too late picking my bag up. I cannot express how thankful I am as he didn't even hesitate to help me. This really shows what a kind man he is. So next time you need a taxi, I would definitely recommend Al's cabs!
