Really enjoy the in person classes, perfectly pitched- as a professional gardener these classes really support me to keep my body supple, flexible & toned & act as a good supplement to my running - if I ever miss a class I really notice!

I enjoy working out with the online sessions on demand. I like the variety of different sessions that I can log into at my convenience. And feel they make quite a difference to my physical health.

Elizabeth and I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful variety offered by Wendy. We take full advantage of the extensive on demand programme, as well as regular 2:1 sessions in the studio.These are varied, tailored to our needs on the day and keep us on track. We have also enjoyed the small group hypopressives tuition and definitely feel stronger for continuing to practice the technique. We feel very fortunate to have such a skilled and knowledgeable teacher and look forward to the next residential retreat. The last one certainly fulfilled our expectations . Jane& Elizabeth

Brilliant classes and delivered in a very professional way whilst retaining a healthy 'human' aspect. Wendy is really easy to talk to, issues with arthritis, lumbar bulges and torn medial ligaments have been looked at with real care and helpful advise given.I could not be happier with the variety of classes on offer.
