Jon and the team did a great job of pretty much rebuilding our bungalow. What we really appreciated is that Jon was very responsive to a couple of minor issues even some time after the build was complete, which I suspect is not the norm for the majority of builders. We would happily work with Jon again on any future project.

Fantastic team of guys, took the hassle and stress out of rounding up various trades for our garage loft conversion. From initial plans, quote, planning application to execution. They take care of it all. They are very happy to work with your preferences and they will keep going until you are completely satisfied. They dont shy away from any snags etc. Transparent costs and very honest! Thanks for a great job on our house.

I have used Jon / Living Design and Build to completely rebuild our house - from the ground up. Not only do you get a quality builder with considerate work force - but also someone with an eye for style and detail, someone you can have a meaningful conversation with when changes happen and come to a positive solution. Living Design took us the whole way from making the plans, through planning to completion. Ive used Jon for other projects (our offices, out buildings) and have always be super happy with the service, quality and price.

Had loft conversion done with them in 2018. Quality job - Jon and his team are superb. Will be getting more work done with them early next year.
