I have fitted two of these on a pair of semi detached houses and neither of them work at all. The shower head is clogged with hard scale and the shower screen can only be cleaned with Vical. I am sure I followed the fitting instructions so not sure what's happened.

Very satisfied with the results of Aquabion water conditioner. We have the 15 model installed. The online and phone support from the company is excellent. Would like to thank Alan Davies for his professional guidance in the installation of the correct model for our particular requirements. Would recommend the product.

I find it unusual for a rep to answer a phone call straight away, & yet, Adam Parker, the rep from Aquabion, not only done this three times for me, he even answered one of my calls out of social hours! (After 5pm) My first call was about what size product I needed as he explained that it wasnt down to the size of the incoming mains. The second call was about the earthing across the Aquabion, & the third call was about a few technical questions of why it needed installing the way it recommends in the instructions. All questions were answered by Adam, in detail & promptly. Im sure if Adam is anything to go by, this product is as good as they say it is. Thank you Adam for going above & beyond with your after sales support, & technical help. Its very rare for a company to give such great service after a purchase.
