His report was comprehensive and comprehensible with photographs of the areas of concern, most of which I had failed to spot during the viewing. The categorisation of the various issues made it easy to estimate the additional funds I would need to renovate the property. We had a great and professional service from start to finish. Simon surveyed a property for us. He phoned on the day of the survey to explain his findings. Had a detailed report to us within days and also arranged a call to discuss the report wherever we had questions. His report was fair and accurate. Any future surveys well be straight back.
