Can highly recommend Bancey Bathrooms. Thrilled with my new bathroom and particularly impressed by Bens efforts and professionalism during its installation. He project managed everything very efficiently, kept me posted at every stage both in terms of next steps, who to expect and when, and kept me updated if plans and timings changed. Very tidy too! We visited Bancey Bathrooms in Box to have a quick look around and get inspiration for bathrooms in our new home. We were quickly welcomed by the team and were encouraged to look around with no pressure which was great. Following this we set up an appointment and Dan H visited our home a few days later to take measurements and get some ideas from us about what we were looking for. We then had an another appointment in the showroom to see Dans proposal for our 2 projects. Incredibly we were shown the designs using VR which was something wed never seen before, this allowed us to really understand the designs and make changes quickly to see other concepts. A couple more visits to finalise minor details and fitting selection and we were then booked in for the work. We had to reschedule the work by a couple of months due to a delay with some other work being carried out by another company but Dan was accommodating and there was no issue in doing this. When it came for the installation, Dan C, Zack and Jake, were brilliant. The respect and care they showed our home was appreciated with lots of effort by them to protect flooring etc. Dan C keep us informed of progress and was open and honest with any challenges (we have an old house which had some unusual draining solutions installed by a previous owner!), these were resolved with full consultation with us. The works went pretty much to plan and some minor design changes along the way were supported and encouraged in order to get things right. Overall we are really pleased with our completed projects. The whole team from start to finish were excellent. We were pleased to see that Bancey now supply and fit kitchens so we are already considering them for our next project.

From the moment we walked into the showroom until the final day of completely re designing our en-suite the service was flawless. From the 4D design virtual showroom, project management and all the trades we cant thank you all enough it was a pleasure dealing with Bancey Bathrooms and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a stress free experience to use Bancey. Excellent, professional and quality service in the design, supply and fit of two bathrooms in our house. From the design work by Leigh and Paul, to the fitting with Craig and his team including Martin and Sean on the plumbing side and the two outstanding tilers in Ash and one other whose name I didnt get but who did a superb job in the en-suite. Courteous, professional and responsive. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a top quality end to end service. Maybe not the cheapest around but hard to beat in value for money.
