Precision Pilates has become the Pilates focus for all, with professional excellence for 1:1 results with my own personal goals. It has a fabulous range of classes at all levels to challenge or learn about how you can develop your own fitness with well directed, inspired training.

I started at Precision Pilates Studio about five years ago. I found the classes to be excellent with the right blend of coaching and motivation to keep improving and coming back for more. All the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful so that you get the right balance of group class and one to one coaching. The new studio is a great environment for the classes as well. Pilates has helped my physical well-being enormously. With their help it has become part of my routine, both in class and at home. I would have no reservation in recommending Precision Pilates Studio to anyone wanting to do Pilates, whatever level they may be at.
