        They never answer the phone, its just picked up and then cut yiu off , passive aggressive much like the service in the shop. The pharmacy service always has a prob with prescriptions. I also asked if they could note that they shut for lunch on their web site as I had to make a dash from work to collect a prescription and they were closed . They said they could not change the opening times to show the lunchtime opening

        Very bad service today, I was waiting at least 7 -10 minutes to get served, I was at the front of the main till- no cue and told by the girl on pharmacy that she would be 2 minutes and left me waiting for 7 minutes then didnt even apologies when she served me! Other people started to cue and got fed up with waiting and left! You need some more staffI appreciate its not the girls fault but very frustrating for customers!
