        Rude! You can never get hold of the "manager"! She was always on holiday or unavailable. Really, I'm very disappointed to say I will not be ordering from here again. I would advise people to go elsewhere and get a proper service.

        I ordered a helium balloon a box. My order was delivered on the date I requested. Which was great. However the box in question was not that shown in the photo and was actually just the delivery box, yes it has nice coloured stars on but was damaged from transit and wet from the rain ( delivery driver walking to my door. ) it had large delivery stickers on it and a huge dont open with a sharp object across it, packing tape ripped the box so wasnt any good to give as a gift, balloon was great, just had to find something else for it to go in!!
