Update - 10/10/19. After multiple emails and escalations, I have finally managed to receive the mask just in time for my holiday so it wouldn't be a total disaster after all. However, there is a lot to be improved especially on the comms front - I am not listing down each and every twist and turn in this 6 week saga, its safe to say that not once did I receive any email proactively stating a change in plans or apprising me of a problem. It was always as a result of me chasing - the landline number is never answered although I managed to get Liam's mobile number eventually. The quality of work seems to be good though. Will I return = unfortunately no -------------------------- I would like to echo Glen's review as I am having a similar experience as him... I have now had my mask with Divesight for nearly 3 weeks and there is no indication of when it would be returned back. Sent several emails, Phonecalls, Voicemails to Liam and had absolutely nothing back from Divesight. Such a poor service for such an expensive purchase and I have no clue of when/if I will ever get my own mask back with the lenses. Extremely disappointed.

Currently abroad awaiting a liveaboard dive holiday. Liam promised my Mask for 17th September, then needed another couple of days and promised for the 19th, not arrived. Said it was being posted that day so asked for it to be sent so my wife can bring it out to me. Now seven days later and no Mask. Sent several emails, phonecalls and messages and had absolutely nothing back from Divesight. Such a poor service for such an expensive purchase. So disappointed.. :-(

Absolutely brilliant service, Divesight was able to make me a prescription mask even though I have a awkward prescription. Ordering was straight forward and the finished product is second to none! I will definitely be returning when my prescription needs updating, and I shall be passing your details to all my dive buddies. Thanks again!!
