        No consideration for patients needs, orders medication without clarifying, resulting in wrong orders being sent at patients expense and point blank refuse to take financial ownership.

        Phoned for an appointment one afternoon, got a phone call back from a doctor within the hour who gave me an appointment the next morning. And the doctor I saw was lovely. Cant ask for more than that!

        The town needs another, bigger, better surgery. Especially now that planning permission has been given for another 100 homes to be built in Neston/Westwells by Wadswick Green. The Porch Surgery is stuck in the 1950's.

        Complete incompetence. Left waiting because the doctor couldn't be bothered to open the door and ask if we were there. Have no consideration for the mental wellbeing of a 6 year old. The worst gp surgery I have ever witnessed.
