British Red Cross shop

You should be embarrassed by your staff attitude. My daughter touched some wool on a shelf and one of your staff approached her and very demanding and rude asked her not to touch the wool again. Shocking and appalling.

We have used the shop and donated a number of times. The team here always seem very nice and helpful.

Very rude lady questioned us when looking at an item of clothing on a mannequin. You are there to sell things for charity & customers are there to buy them not to be made to look stupid! We will not be returning.

I am appalled by your staff. One woman in particular was disgusting, I parked outside to donate some things to charity and parked in the remaining space outside and tried to deliver to any of the charity shops. She made rude comments about the fact I parked in the Red Cross space and then was thoroughly rude when I asked if they would like any of the things I had brought. I would have given negative stars but 1 was the minimum I could give.
