HF Lettings

Having just moved to a new country and moving from one Airbnb to another was a stressful time and we are so glad to have come across a rental property by HF Lettings. We were met by Georgia who was were very patient and helpful not just with showing us the house and giving us timelines but also with answering all our silly questions that we had as new comers to the country but Georgia was very kind to answer all of them and lead us in the right direction. A very professional and efficient team who were helpful when we called the landline and were also very patient to answer personal questions (like if they recommend a washer+dryer or 2 individual units) and questions related to the rental. Great estate agents, have been very helpful in accommodating myself and my partner. Even when landlord decided to sell they helped find a similar property as close price to current and have been very transparent and open with us. I deal alot with Laura who is great for keeping me up to date with what is going on with the property or the new one and any time we have ever needed anything she's been the first one to get things sorted! Will be using them for a long time to come!

With 2 months to move out we were starting to panic that we wouldn't be able to find somewhere to live in time. Laura Summers of HF lettings was our saving grace. She found us a perfect home and we couldn't be happier. Laura was so helpful, friendly and kind I couldn't of asked for a better guardian angel.

Really good experience. Process to get the house was excellent. Laura and Hayley were great. Full deposit returned promptly at the end of the tenancy without any issues. Recommended.
