        Sent my 5 year old Diawa Saltist HC20 to Jim for repair, it was in a sorry state after all those years on my boat, I could not believe it was the same reel when it was returned, it looks brand new. Brilliant, professional service. Thank you.

        I Ordered a spare part for a PENN reel I picked up at a Boat Jumble sale. The part I required was easy to find in the on line inventory. The ordering & paying process was straight forward, & the part arrived 3 days later. What can be wrong with that? I called Jims Reel shop with an unrelated query & found the person that answered very polite, understanding & helpful. They will definitely be my first port of call next time. Thank you
