A lovely hotel stay, was here for around a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was nice, with good functionality. TV / WiFi was great, nice bath and good sleep quality. Breakfast was good although sometimes a little small as I didn't have mushrooms or black pudding. It has a lovely garden, although Spring was yet to fully bloom. The building was very pleasant, we stayed in the area around the side of the main hotel.

My experience was awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The place indeed looks nice the rooms are okay but the service is really really bad. We stayed over the weekend and had breakfast included, each morning they had problems with breakfast. They dont have a buffet so you need to order the breakfast, one morning we wanted around 40 min just for someone to take our order (and we did ask few times for someone to come and take it). This was happening each morning so instead of having a quick breakfast and then enjoy the city we just spend around 2h. I can understand if this issue would happen once but it was every time. On top of it the hotel when you check in ask to pay a deposit 50, and then on check out you have it back. Well we never get those money back, I called first time after 4-5 days and they told me that it takes 5 full working days to be able for the payment to be processed. After 5 days I still didnt get my refund so I called again and nobody responded, after few more days I called again, and again nobody answered. I still didnt get my payment back and it has been already a month since then. Thats is funny cause when you pay on check in the payment goes straight forward but not the same when they need to pay. So please do not visit this hotel, this kind of things make a huge difference even if the location looks nice.
