I have clinical depression and anxieties since age 7, and for last 30years been experimented on GP services medications SSSR, and others. Now instead of having medication forcing my body to do things, I am able to adjust my self how my mind and my body work together from some time. Being in state of relaxation helps my mind find the way to relax, equalise stress, deal with anxiety in positive constructive manner, while learning the way of positive feedback to my own body. Unique experience. Fully recommend for everyone to looking to find peaceful place, with tailored sessions to find way of self relaxation in busy life.
