        Ooops all gone had the rump steak for dinner tonight and it was absolutely delicious! So tender my Mum didnt need a knife to chop it. Served with new potatoes, carrots and peas from the farm shop, which had so much flavour to them. Would recommend the peppered steak sauce I made from the pan with it! Five stars for sure.

        You definitely deserve a 5 star review - just such wonderful quality food - love the fact that you are working with nature & in the process of certifying as organic - and that you work with your neighbouring organic farm to source locally. Really looking forward to returning when we next pass by. (And at last, the impromptu video I made recording my delight of discovering you at the end of October is going live on LinkedIn today!)
