Chippenham Conservatories and Windows

After having two doors fitted five years ago they were installed and had to be refitted a short while after, (poor fitting, admitted by the second chap). After that,they were fine, Recently we've noticed a problem with the front door outer seals First got in touch with them on 2nd March, to be told via email that they would order the seals and be in touch for a fitting time (heard nothing!!) Rung them again 5th April ,they replied by email to say that it would be ordered and would ring when in stock to arrange fitting (again nothing!!) Rung them again on 2nd May, many apologies , was assured that she would ring me back on 3rd May, presently 4th May, have heard nothing again. With a so called 10 year warranty on the product you would not expect to have to go through this very poor customer service. The 2 doors together cost around 2000 and for the seals to have perished in the way that they have is not acceptable.

Great service and a job well done. The 2 man team installing my windows were courteous, polite and worked in a timely and tidy manner. Would definitely recommend to others.

Just had our old wooden front door and flag window replaced with a uPVC double glazed flag window and a composite door. Chippenham conservatories and windows were absolutely amazing, from the initial consultation and designing of the door and window coupled with a very reasonable quote through to the survey being carried out and finally installation every member of staff I spoke to were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The end result is stunning and has completely transformed the front of our house. I can highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future.

We were delighted with the efficiency of the total replacement of our conservatory and the excellent way the business co-ordinated the electricians and plastering contractors on our behalf. The workmanship was brilliant and the professionalism and courtesy of the team of fitters was exemplary. This is the second time we have used this company and do not hesitate to recommend their services.
