        Sovereign did some work when I brought a damp Victorian terrace in Bristol in 2016. When selling the house a small amount of damp appeared where they hadn't worked on. Sovereign were extremely helpful at looking at the previous work under guarantee and then doing further work on the new patch of damp at very short notice. They were extremely professional throughout the process. They responded to emails very quickly and kept records of the previously completed work.
