This is a United Church working in Partnership from a United Reformed Church + a Methodist background. It is an innovative practice which has been adopted in tough times, i. e. when they were operating as 2 separate churches. As may be noticed. It is in a very strategic position in the town centre, unfortunately without a free car park of its own. Not to worry however for there is the town`s Car Park nearby with reasonable rates on Weekdays but free on Sundays. Being in this position She has experienced a former glory which is desirable, but alas the times have changed with many members passing on or being re-located without being replaced. She now realises her difficiency and is aiming to put it right by offering a valuable Service to the Community and villages around... Another valuable service for those who it's Services is the opportunity to request Prayers from the Pews not only for those present, but for those who are absent and have requested it. This have proved very effective and will I believe go on for a good while yet...
