Alison was amazing, so welcoming and patient! The shop is beautiful and has a wonderful selection. I found my perfect dress after trying on a few, and Alison had a wealth of knowledge that was greatly appreciated. I wish I could say I'd be back again, but hopefully I will only need a wedding dress once! I will, however, be recommending Alison and Bridal Reloved Gloucester to anyone that will listen to me! Absolutely loved my experience with Alison trying on such beautiful dresses!! As a more "plus size" lady, I have been quite self conscious about finding the best look for my wedding, but she makes you feel so welcomed and gorgeous in everything at her studio. She does dresses, veils, and accessories so you really get to imagine how it will all come together on the day. There's free parking on site and it's situated in absolutely gorgeous surroundings. All in all a wonderful day with a very personal styling experience. So much choice and so many options, well worth booking in if you haven't already!

I had a wonderful appointment at Bridal Reloved Gloucester. Alison made the whole experience very relaxed and a lot less daunting. She gave great advice on the various dresses, helped me try then on, and gave me plenty of time to browse. It was exceptional service all round. The whole experience was really lovely and completely stress-free. On top of all that, I managed to find my dream dress. I would very highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for their wedding dress. Thank you Alison!

Alison is absolutely wonderful and one of the best when it comes to bridal shops. I have worked with her on some styled shoots this year and she is fantastic! She always offers a wonderful experience with amazing dresses! Her shop is beautiful and she always goes above and beyond for all her brides that visit the shop. I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Bridal Reloved, all thanks to Alison. She was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to me and my family and friends, including my eighteen-month-old nephew which was greatly appreciated. She was also very patient and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted until I was able to make a decision. Overall, she made what is already an exciting experience even more special. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a preowned wedding dress.
