        Billy's first experience of kennels and my first time using this one. They really put us both at ease and the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The kennels were clean and warm and dry. Have booked in to use this one again.

        Claude stayed here at West Rooke for a few days. He seemed relaxed and in good shape. Tracey and her staff seemed very caring and knowledgeable on K9 affairs. They get my seal of approval

        Our Romanian rescue has stayed at West Rooke several times now and we have been very pleased with how she has been looked after by the staff there. She is happy to be taken to the kennels and looks like she's had a great time when we pick her up. Our pup can be very excitable and vocal but the staff there work with her to put things into place to help her feel settled. She seems to be getting calmer and more settled each time she stays.
