If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is by far the worst so please do not buy a house from them. Three years we have lived in our Harrington Homes house and we are STILL chasing them to sort out the paving slabs outside that are dangerous, sort out the front and back doors as they have fungus growing from them and not fit for purpose. It took a year for them to pull their finger out and accept responsibility for the drainage system which wasnt connected!! Customer service is disgusting and just keep pushing responsibility to others! DO NOT USE!!! Youll be easing your money and as soon as we can afford to, we will be moving! Three years on and this house isnt a home to us. And now due to poor rendering, were back as a building site! Services: Install flooring, Exterior painting, Project management, Paint indoors

Would like to leave no stars. Moved to a Devon Harrington's new build June 2021; our retirement home. Move in to find a rendering issue, advised that Harrington's Insurance company would fix. Now 18 months later advised to go through out House building Insurance! Why? We have a Harrington's warranty for two years on defective workmanship, they are ignoring this. We had a Director of Harrington's sit in our kitchen, promising to sort all our problems out (Roof, Rendering, Doors etc) we are still waiting.......... Have lost all faith in this builder, and Customer Services is abysmal. The only contact is via email, will not answer the telephone asking you to leave a message. Feel very let down.
