Recently I remortgaged and Tracy brokered the transactions for me. I am someone who really struggles to get organised as well as having some issues around debt and being unsure what I was able to achieve through re-mortgage. Tracy was incredibly patient but also very understanding and sympathetic to my needs and was really committed to finding what was best for me.
