Very professional and efficient service. I have been suffering with rotator cuff injury on both shoulders. Karl was excellent in quickly identifying how help me the specific exercises and program to bring me to function to a normal state. Would definitely recommend Karl and the practice.

I play hockey and came to Karl for help with strengthening and injury prevention. Karl was fantastic; over several sessions he walked me through targeted exercises increasing in difficulty and corrected my technique throughout to help me protect my knee and hip joints. Really feeling the benefits now and would 100% recommend!

I've been using Rebuild Sports Clinic throughout lockdown for strength and conditioning, and also injury prevention. Karl has been brilliant in both group sessions and 1-to-1 advice. He tailored the exercises for my needs (hockey) and has emphasized technique over weight or reps throughout - something I really value. These sessions have all been via Zoom due to lockdown and Karl's explainations and demonstrations have always been clear, and we've had no issues correcting technique via video. Karl is also great at thinking on his feet and often been able to change a session or particular exercise to work around an injury or niggle at the last minute which has been greatly appreciated. I'm really feeling the benefits of working with Karl and Rebuild Sports Clinic, and very much looking forward to doing some in-person sessions after lockdown.
