        maybe i wasnt in the right headspace for it, but i genuinely have had more compassionate customer service at mcdonalds. feels very corporate and uncaring, would not recommend.

        Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this place which feels very much like a business, leaving myself (and others) with distinct feeling of lack of any real care from therapists.

        I was really pleased to see all the therapists at Efficacy are BABCP accredited and that there is an online CBT option. Good mental health is something I've wanted to work on for a while and am very glad to have come across them.

        I can highly recommend Efficacy's CBT therapists whether you are just feeling low or have been for a while which mean you really need to talk to them. Trust me.
