Top quality products and amazing service. Tom has made my glasses for several years and he has never let me down. The frames are top quality and after having made several bespoke frames, there is really nothing that compares to a pair of glasses that fit your face perfectly. Not to mention that they also add an element of individuality to you that reflects who you are. Thank you for amazing products and service.

Been a TD customer for several years now but first time using the Royal Exchange branch. First class service, advice and support from Anastasia and the team. I find choosing new eye wear, especially a new style a little overwhelming and I very much appreciated the help and advice in picking a style that suited by face. The after care and follow has been outstanding and another one of the reasons why I no longer go anywhere else for my glasses. Thanks again for all your help and support.

Unparalleled service and quality! I did not even know that bespoke glasses were a "thing" until I happened to meet Anastasia when on holiday. I'm certainly glad that they are, as glasses slipping down my nose (unless painfully "clamped" behind my ears) have been the bane of my life for most of my life. The quality, comfort and fit of the product is excellent, and I really appreciate that Anastasia advised me WHY a certain style suited my features. Too often, other opticians just say "oooh, suits you sir!" with every style, and I have already received many compliments and questions as to where I obtained my new glasses. Jilna also gave me the most thorough eye exam of my life, noting something that all other optometrists have missed. Using the most up-to-date technology, she explained that something should be monitored but it might just be natural aging. Anastasia, Jilna and Ioanna now have a customer for life. I consider the investment to have been well worth it!
