Sory to be negative but found the support actual a zero - no personal available no offers of phone support or guidance, my mum at home with COVID but now clear no offer of a call back once she safe etc

The team at Cavendish were a godsend during a medical emergency with my mother. They were always at the end of the phone & talked through options & advised us on a situation that was alien to us . The carers that came were amazing & I will forever be grateful. I would 100% recommend & use again without hesitation.

I needed a nurse to come to my house almost every day for about 6 weeks, to pack and dress a wound under my armpit. This is a very painful procedure: the first time I had it done (by a different nurse) it was so painful I actually cried. But Arrah, the nurse who was provided for me by Cavendish Homecare, was so gentle and kind that she made the whole process much more bearable. She kept up a steady stream of friendly chit-chat, to distract me from the horrible business at hand, and was always very sensitive to my pain levels. She looked after me so well that the wound healed much faster than expected. The whole thing has took a month and a half, instead of the predicted three months. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Arrah and Cavendish Homecare.
