In the midst of a worldwide pandemic and restrictions on lending, acted in professional and courteous manner throughout. Sought the best deal and achieved just what we were looking for it in spite of difficulties faced with the banks and their seeming lack of Human Resources and Remote Working limitations. I have instructed Ritesh on two personal matters where other local brokers couldnt assist. Ritesh is a true specialist mortgage broker. Two years ago, neither the High Street nor specialist brokers could assist. I mentioned this to Ritesh as i was working on a work related professional matter at the time. He achieved the impossible with SA302 forms. I instructed him again on a remortgage and unlike most high st brokers that are tied to particular lenders, Ritesh is able to take a two pronged approach on affordability; and then the best market deal. If gives the lenders exactly what they ask for and presents the package perfectly. This has to be one of the quickest self employed Re-mortgages out there in the current climate. All done in a month.
