Worst service ever! Salesman was rude and racist. Said I want to see popular handbags and he said I want to Los Angeles have holiday. After refusing to buy accessory he rolled his eyes and said goodbye immediately. 0 star.

If you want good service and polite staff with product knowledge do not visit this store. I had worst experience dealing with marcio who has the audacity to tell me that I had no common sense in front of a shop full of people, he was rude, dismissive and obviously judged me as soon as I walked into the store. Then after collecting my repair I realised that they made them worsez so much so that they are useless now. The original clerk had no understanding of the product. Complete waste of time and energy and Marcios behaviour was disgusting.
