        I was visiting London from Australia and my reading glasses broke. I found the brand of frames I liked at David Clulow (Cornhill) and turned up first thing on a Monday morning to see if I could get a new pair (I had my prescriptions sent from home). They were very helpful although initially said it could take a couple of weeks, which wouldnt have worked for me. They then advised that for a small extra amount they could get an express service within a couple of days. What actually happened is that I had my new pair by 5.30 pm that night! I couldnt have been happier.

        The lady optometrist who conducted todays eye test is always very professional and engaging, the other members of staff never fail to treat me with anything but the utmost respect and courtesy. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and have zero reason to look elsewhere. 'if it ain't broke; don't fix it'.
