OMEGA Boutique - London Royal Exchange Avenue

Went to this shop because is the closest to my office. They deserve zero stars, what an horrible customer service. Ive been standing in the shop for over 15 min and no one looked at me. There was the store manager and a sales assistant dealing both with a customer that has purchased a watch from Chrono24 and had complaints. They saw me there standing but no one cared. Worst experience ever in a watch shop. Being already an omega collector I feel even worse. Im so sorry for the brand that has to be represented by those people. Im going to buy the watch in their Bond Street boutique where the shopping experience is what you expect from Omega. ******* Omega replied asking to be contacted directly, I've send my email and my phone number. No emails or phone calls in 3 weeks. Just a bad company. I ended up buying the watch from an AD abroad, and I even got discount and the tax free. Nice watches, horrible customer service

I first met one of the sales associates, Dexter, during the Winter Olympics 2022 event in the Burlington Arcade store decorated as a chalet. Subsequently, we remained in contact, and I always enjoyed visiting to see the latest models and talk about watches in general. The staff are attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and skilful. Within the same year I bought my dream watch from the store and the whole experience was wonderful.
