So it is a shame to be writing this. The concept has a lot of potential but - force people to order on the touch screen, pasta barely luke warm - hardly any filling in the meat options, it may as well be vegetarian they are so stingy with the filling. Also when you order on the touch screen everything defaults to large (even more expensive), so you have to be careful. Staff not particularly friendly at all and keep missing things from the order even though they know exactly what you ordered from the receipt that is generated! Also ordered focaccia and it was absolutely hard and stale and coffee burnt. I really want to like this place but service and stingy fillings (yet high prices) really let it down

Best coffee ever !!! So smooth! I also got biscoff doughnuts, they were absolutely delicious!

Hit and miss coffee, occasionally drinks are very bitter as a result of reusing steamed milk..
