        STAY AWAY!! The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend anyone using them, especially their DIY platform- Charles Stanley Direct. They are very secretive, rude and unhelpful.

        Forced to shut to convert crest account into nominee account because they increased cost, and not get emails or letters from companies of shares I hold. Meaning I miss notifications of corporate events, meaning I lost money on my investment because it's too late to take action. Yes I should track but when you hold a diverse portfolio of at least 20 companies it's hard to track.
