ITI Capital

I've been with ITI capital for a number of years now. The withdrawal process is a little bit outdated just like FXCM (if people can remember them) but they've been generally okay for me. Been on the phone and the slow response is due to the sheer amount of calls and emails coming through. I've been told the deadline for end of September is going to be extended and it was only for transfer/withdrawal requests anyway. This will probably take a number of months to resolve the actual requests by the looks of it. Due to these circumstances a bit of patience is probably required.

Warning warning warning. These guys have proven beyond incompetent. The trading guys are capable, but the customer service is demoralised and ineffectual. Just as an experiment, try phoning their main telephone number and see what happens. Tumbleweed. If you'd like better service, bring your business to your 100 year old granny. Avoid at all costs.

ITI are a poor on every front with outdated processes and trouble at every turn. The process of acceptance to take on and subsequently close accounts of SVS needs to be looked at

This company took over my business from SVS. Questions must be asked of the receiver who agreed to this. They have been difficult to deal with ever since I got onboard, a painful and long drawn out process. Their Phoenix trading system system was never satisfactory. When they announced closure of their retail business I sent all documents to them to transfer my business to another broker. My shareholding was transferred over the next six months, in several small tranches. My cash however remains in their bank account. Despite emails from me and my broker the cash has still not appeared. ITI no longer responds to emails or answers their telephone either from me or from my broker.
