        HR team needs to learn to reply back to emails - very unprofessional. Especially when they first approached me they made the organisation sound so credible.

        Took out an investment with Hampshire. Very straight forward to open the account, good interest rate etc. Customer service after the account was opened is abysmal. I've been trying to change some details on my account for weeks now. They keep acknowledging my emails but never action them or respond. It's impossible to get them on the phone. I've tried four or five times over the phone but give in after 35/40 minute wait times. I've now raised a complaint on the website, I didn't even get an acknowledgement for this. What a disaster Hampshire, pull your finger out ! Typical company with proactive, good front end sales, but no customer service.
