The customer service representative would have resolved my query only if they had listened to what I was saying . As it turned out I was right about my assumption of what had happened, but the customer representative felt they knew better then to listen to me and gave a completely incorrect answer, just because they wanted prove themselves right. Go if you have a patience of a saint or have energy to burn.
